In order to view the Data Research Group help content for your application, you must have a separate Zendesk user account. To obtain a Zendesk user account simply click on the Submit a Request link in the Help section of your application as show below.
After you have submitted the request, you will receive an email with a temporary password to login. Once you login to the Help Forum you can change your password to match the password used in your Data Research Group application. Your username will be the same email address used in your Data Research Group application.
